Hotel was very beautiful and in a wonderful location. Very easy to reach.

coupleCons: reception staff was bloody irritating and not at all helpful. Initially, a sub standard room was provided. We had to fight to get a better room in the same category, which was more spacious and a better view. pros: good location, great view from room balcony, breakfast was excellent.

Stop misleading people there is no pool at all these hotels and it doesn’t look even close to the picture.

Hotel is located a good convenient location, rooms are good newly renovated, but there are no facilities in the hotel, hotel only serve morning breakfast which is same everyday!! Very basic services are missing like drinking water, fridge in the room, only one lift was working so sometime wait for longtime.
