I stayed for a night while in transit as a solo traveller the staff were great wanting to make sure I was safe and gave me lots of recommendations on where to visit and eat. The rooms are small but modern and clean. The location is great but the compromise is that you face a busy road so not the quietest neighbourhood but I was very happy with my stay.

Poor experience of Rome
I’ve been to Rome lots of times and had read the reviews and thought we had made a great choice of lodgings. The hotel was in great position and in a busy part I town, hotel was much smaller than I thought and had a makeshift lift and no serviceable stairs. Staff seemed very helpful and made us feel very welcome, the problems started on the second night when a drunken guest in room 30 started shouting and screaming banging walls for over 6 hours. We and other guests called reception several times to attend, unfortunately there was a very old man on duty that night and he did nothing that would stop it.
My sister and I only had a few days in Rome and to loose one day essentially was terrible, we overslept and missed a tour we had booked and ended up coming back early to make up sleep.
We never even got an apology from hotel about the poor service in dealing with it even after mentioning it to reception before leaving. Wouldn’t go back to hotel plenty of other similar priced hotels in that area.

Very friendly staff that speaks good English, you can ask them anything (about food, which bus to take,...) and they will answer you with kindness and give advice. When you leave the hotel, you must hand in your key which is very easy as you're not able to loose it somewhere. There is always somebody at the reception (24hrs) so you can return whenever you want, you will always be able to get the key to your room. You can get free maps at the reception and you can buy bottles of water. It is very good located, 1minute from Termini station. All the attractions we did on foot, except for Vatican city we took a bus and every evening to eat in Trastevere. Around the hotel you can find good restaurants too and across the street is a mini market. The rooms are very clean and modern, not that big but it was perfect for my boyfriend and I. You get soap and shampoo and the towels get renewed every 3 days, but the room is cleaned every day. Only in the morning it is noisy, our room was at the streetside but the noise from outside did not bother us, that noise you always have in a big city. It was the noise in the hallway that woke us up every morning, between 8 and 9 when rooms got cleaned, there was a lot of noise of people talking/shouting. But of course, when you wake up early you won't have this problem! Check-out is at 11am but you can leave your luggage at the reception + if needed we could also do the check-in of our flight on their computer. We stayed here for 4 nights and enjoyed it. I would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends!

we reserved this hotel from internet. when we arrived, at the midlnight, we spoke with a friendly receptionist. 2 stars hotel and they have 24 hours reception. thats great! The room was very clean and comfortable, little bit small but dont matter, because everything was great! every day they were cleaning the room. Friendly staff. the only one thing that i didnt like was the elevator. you have to push the button continuously to start. Small and comfortable hotel at the centre of the city. everything was near. in 20 metre have metro station Termini.
