Hotel Canada, BW Premier Collection

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Berna. The rooms are very spacious, neat, and clean, making it extremely comfortable. The free mini bar was a nice bonus. The breakfast spread was excellent, offering a great variety. The staff were very courteous and attentive, always ready to help. The hotel is also very conveniently located—just a 5-minute walk from Milan Central Station, with plenty of nice restaurants nearby. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Milan!

Breakfast had no pancakes and a lot of focus was in baked goods. Rooms were cute but small and walls are so thin that the conversions from other rooms can be heard so much that it disturbs sleeps. Lastly thermostat could not be adjusted and rooms was uncomfortably hot in winter. We couldn’t sleep

No smart tv, tv of no use as language is italian. Plastic cups were horrible for hot water. Room was great, service was great. Facility and amenity was also good.

Did not expect such a beautiful property. Everything about the property is great. Nice decoration and ambience all over, great staff and great service standards. Cannot complement the food enough. The breakfast spread and quality italian food is the best thing about the hotel. And yes the location is very convenient just 5 minutes walk to the roma termini station.

The hotel is a budget hotel okay to stay. Though its not very fancy, Italian theme but didn't have at least water bottle in room, no mini bar or fridge. No room service. Only basic amenities. The only thing good about it is location and Indian restaurants near the hotel.

Hotel was good, stay was very comfortable, it's near to spanish steps and other tourist attractions. I wish to stay again

Rooms were big and very near to train Station. Rooms are bit traditional but it's good to stay
