The rooms are clean and the staff are warm and helpful. The complimentary breakfast including bread and croissants, is sufficient. WiFi connectivity is better than most 3-4 star hotels we stayed in, while touring Italy. Keep in mind it is not a hotel, but a bed and breakfast. The reception is manned by the staff only during stipulated hours. Traveled Aug 2015, as a couple.
