Overall, the BEST WESTERN Artdeco Hotel was nice and cozy. The staff was friendly and helpful. We got an upgrade to superior room for free and they even offered a complimentary breakfast which was not covered in my BEST WESTERN Artdeco Hotel booking. The breakfast buffet had good menu options. The room and bathroom was very clean and tidy. We had a comfortable stay.

Hotel is very well located in the heart of the city and the reception staff is also very polite and helpful. Check inn and check out was very fast even though we reached BEST WESTERN Artdeco Hotel little early. It is very near to the metro station and super market. Rooms were very big and comfortable. Breakfast was OK types can add on some live stations to it.

The Hotel is small but the rooms are decent and nice. The breakfast has limited spread but its not bad for non-vegetarians. If you're vegetarian, you have limited options but there is a good cafe across the street to get croissants etc. The staff is super helpful and very nice. Overall I would recommend this place for sure!

Location is good, a bit far from Roma Termini but walkable with some luggage. Staff is cordial, amenities are good, but without any frills. Pick up and drop is on chargeable basis with advance request. Overall a pleasant stay and good value for money, but better options also available

The entire team at the Best Western Art Deco Hotel Rome is very helpful. Service is intuitive and quick. From the breakfast buffet to the check out and airport transfer the support and execution was very well organized.
