BEST WESTERN Artdeco Hotel

Good location close to termini, very supportive front office staff. Good breakfast. I felt the rooms are quite small but would satisfy my requirement as i stayed solo for a day. Metro, train, bus stops nearby.

The rooms are infested with insects, bed bugs. my full body was full of bites, terrible itching, painting, burning, it increased in size, and liquid oozed after 2days, i couldn't be comfortable any day, the pharmacist gave creams n sprays, medicines but of no effect.

Excellent customer service at reception, very helpful for city sight seeing. Room was excellent. Location safe and just next to metro station.

Good Hotel to stay friendly staff very helpful

I wonder how poorly they maintain. Rude receptionist with no response at times, no proper wifi which is hard to imagine in this age, food quality really low. Overall not good experience. Surprised with standards maintained for such high price.

The Hotel is small but the rooms are decent and nice. The breakfast has limited spread but its not bad for non-vegetarians. If you're vegetarian, you have limited options but there is a good cafe across the street to get croissants etc. The staff is super helpful and very nice. Overall I would recommend this place for sure!

Location is good, a bit far from Roma Termini but walkable with some luggage. Staff is cordial, amenities are good, but without any frills. Pick up and drop is on chargeable basis with advance request. Overall a pleasant stay and good value for money, but better options also available

The entire team at the Best Western Art Deco Hotel Rome is very helpful. Service is intuitive and quick. From the breakfast buffet to the check out and airport transfer the support and execution was very well organized.

Hotel is very well located in the heart of the city and the reception staff is also very polite and helpful. Check inn and check out was very fast even though we reached hotel little early. It is very near to the metro station and super market. Rooms were very big and comfortable. Breakfast was OK types can add on some live stations to it.

We stayed in this property and enjoyed our stay. Hotel is near to airport. Staff is very helpful. Breakfast was included in the hotel booking cost" lot of parking space. Safe parking area. I the area was very green and clen. I recommend others to stay in this hotel.

Overall, the hotel was nice and cozy. The staff was friendly and helpful. We got an upgrade to superior room for free and they even offered a complimentary breakfast which was not covered in my hotel booking. The breakfast buffet had good menu options. The room and bathroom was very clean and tidy. We had a comfortable stay.

Very good hotel. Staff is very cooperative near to Roma Termini Station. Good food and good rooms good guidance about the city. I recommend this hotel who travel to Rome an Indian hotel for food is 650 from the hotel.
