Great location, clean large ro....
Paula H's review explains how this is a separate entrance from the main hotel down a small corridor a quick walk away. The rooms are not modern, but rather adorned in old style Rome artwork and storage. There are 5 rooms in this building, and ours was the large with private bath and A/C (2ppl). It was clean, quite large and quiet.
There is no view in the rooms, but it is a great location for all the main sightseeing/shopping in Rome and the terrace breakfast at the main hotel was a fantastic way to start the day.
You are within walking distance of all the main sights and right next door is a local restaurant, Lagana, which was incredibly busy, but great food and pack with locals. My husband and I would recommend if you are on a budget as we were.

We visited Rome for our anniversary but we're on a budget. The accommodation is away from the main hotel but not far and the walk is pleasant past lots of restaurants. The rooms are traditional but functional there is so much to see and do in Rome you don't spend much time there. There was air con which was much needed in their sweltering summer . It's close to a lot of the sights an near lots of places to eat. Breakfast is served from the main hotel on a roof terrace from which you can see across the rooftops it's basic but enough to keep you going until lunchtime when you can enjoy lunch in one of the many restaurants in Rome. Would stay again.

After lots of research we booked and stayed for 5 nights in the family room. The room was large and had plenty of space for 2 adults and 2 teenagers.
We checked in at Antica Dimora Delle Cinque Lune next to Piazza Navona, we were then taken to Antica Dimora dell'Orso about a 3-5 minute walk.
There is a communal area for making drinks and there was a small fridge in our room where we could keep fresh milk.
The shower was powerful but didn't stay hot for a full shower it just made us quicker at showering.
The breakfast was served in Antica Dimora Delle Cinque Lune next to Piazza Navona on the roof top terrace. The breakfast consisted of bread, ham, cheese, fresh fruit, croissants, cereal, sweet tarts and cakes there is also juice, hot drinks machine and a toaster.
The location of the hotel is very good and it feels like you're own little place in Rome as you can come and go without having to go past a reception.
I would definitely recommend this hotel it is different but don't let that put you off!

Back in Rome after years
I stayed the next night in the sister hotel, Antica Dimora De Michaelis, and for the same price the room in the sister hotel was probably nearly triple in size and much much nicer. I booked when there was a special, so EUR72 for single. I stayed in the green room at Antica Dimora dell'Orsoon, very dramatic! Breakfast is served less than 5min walk in another sister hotel, Antica Dimora Cinque Lune, on the rooftop terrace! Breakfast is so so, typical Italian, a lot of pastries and carbohydrates. Wifi is fast. Small bar fridge to keep drinks/snacks cool. Friendly and helpful staff. Will definitely stay at the Antica Dimora hotels, but preferably at Antica Dimora De Michaelis or Antica Dimora Cinque Lune

Amazing decor, great location
Our room "medora" was large, clean and amazingly decorated. The staff in the reception and the breakfast area were very nice and helpful. Wifi worked well. Location was great and the view from the breakfast terrace wonderful. There are 10 steep steps to get to the 1st floor where the rooms are located. No problem for us, but it could be for elderly people. Although the bathroom was large, the shower area was small for a tall person. The kettle/boiler in the common area needed descaling. These are all minor issues and we would happily return.
