Completely dysfunctional shower rooms with almost no water in the showers. After a technician's visit, it worsened further with no respite. We cut short our plan of extension there and left the hotel in one day

Everry thing is great except the food for indian people

The patra bali resort and villas is a very good place to stay but the hospitality is very poor ..

The hotel is nice and with suites it’s awesome. Location is nice and you can find nearest Indian food as well

everything was perfect. Location, food and other facilities too. It was my birthday during our stay and they infact arranged a surprise while we were having breakfast which was totally unexpected and not on request. They must have noticed the date on the passport and took note of it. Really appreciated gesture one can have outside the home country. Overall a nice experience, and would definately recommend.

location of the resort is next to the Bali international airport. Food quality and taste are just average. there is no choice of green tea. amenities are okay. service levels need to be improved in terms of time taken, maintenance of bathroom fittings, and other upkeep. the reception staff need to be courteous towards the guests

Property location, amenities and services was great, could have included more Indian vegetation food. Pool experience was superb, but timings can be till 10 PM

Overall experience of stay was ok.... location of the property is good, very near to Airport and not far from Kuta Market too... food options are limited for Indian and quality of preparation was pathetic 🥵.... Most of the amenities are under renovation 🥱... staff is highly unprofessional and rude...

As hotel is 5 star. Drinking water they are giving limited. Indian food is very less. No facilities to drop at airport.

We stayed for 5 nights. We booked based on photos but those are deceptive. Beach was among the worst in bali, full of filth. Food was horrible for vegetarians absolutely no option, chief was not ready to talk to accommodate our request. Even though they advertise indian food available it’s not true, they put something calling it sambar but it’s far from it. There were lot of indians but still hotel didn’t put good indian food options. Luckily there are very good indian vegetarian including jain options nearby so one can go there. Beach was in shambles, it was filthy and stinking, considering people visit bali for beaches it’s no where close to one see in bali. On a positive note property is huge, has good pool, and staff is polite.

The patra bali was a huge property which was very close to the airport. We checked in late and had to checkout early to catch our return flight home. So, we couldn’t explore the property to the fullest. But, the property was beautiful, with good amenities and kind staff.

Very good property nicely located great staff very courteous always eager to help we had an amazing time at patra bali. They have money changer right outside the main lobby so it was very easy and convenient the caddy car is always available to move within the resort clean swimming pool not a lot crowded also great view of the swimming pool right next to the kuta beach

Very beautiful resort in budget, located nearby airport, all market, beach everything is very close.

Hotel location is good..Amenities excellent..some of the staff is very rude Honeymoon villa 309 being treated very badly 31Oct night we asked for 2 bottles of water were told every room 2 people get 2 small bottles of water. Your staff told very rudely to go to restaurant and fill water. While going for breakfast I told reception staff they didn’t do anything just nodded and smiled 31Oct night 9pm we returned from Ubud tired We asked for 5 coffee and 5 creamer as we drink a lot of coffee 2 people staff says only 2 will be given Why so much rudeness If your 5 star hotel can’t afford then stop service completely and inform guests we will get our own water creamer coffee etc We bought Nescafé coffee and now drinking that So hot in Bali and 2 small.bottles for 2 guests every day???? 1Nov again after room cleaning no fresh soap no shampoo no body gel no bathtub foam no fresh bath robes. We asked body lotion told not available Shaving kit told not available again 7pm We asked and then again 1 soap 1 shampoo 1 bodily gel brought by staff he says only 1 allowed I told

They don’t care Baggage and all we have to keep in the cab while check out No one come near the table for breakfast No extra help for parents who stay with our kids I don’t recommend any Indians to stay here The patra Bali resort

Good location, excellent staff, overall great stay, very clean property. Near to kuta market, there shuttle to the market is a good service.

the food options in the buffet are fine . one should book the deluxe suite if you are a couple. there are certain maintenance issues, rest overall is fine

The property is huge and has beach front. It is adjacent to airport, or i should say that the property is touching airport. The concept is based on 2 floor independent buildings where each building has 04 apartments. The rooms are spacious and and has balconies or outside garden. As the resort is based on living with nature, it has small ponds inside habituating various species of fishes. You can see iguanas the bali lizard, quite freely moving in the resort. The food option for indian vegetarian are quite ltd and hence one should keep that in mind, but it is same in maximum hotels of bali. Over all the property is nice and you would enjoy it and relish it.
