The internet connection was extremely poor and often not working at all. This caused inconvenience, especially when trying to work, browse, or communicate. A stable Wi-Fi connection is essential, but unfortunately it was unreliable throughout the stay.

The outlook of the hotel is good but the rooms are out dated and also as mentioned that they provide free airport shuttle, they don’t offer us any service like that. So better you remove that from amenities. The location is also inside from main road

I had a pleasant stay. The property is well-maintained and the location is very convenient for getting around. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were polite and helpful.

The room was ok but the bathroom was terrible. We had included breakfast but we got 1 omlet & 1 bread & 1 drink with no repeat or will be charged extra.

Very nice staff and have been staying here since very long here need to improve there bathrooms and be more quiet at night

Great resort to stay near to denpasar airport. Good and prompt service from the staff. Pool is accessible 24 hrs. Kuta beach is 2 to 3 kms away from the resort.

Nice hotel .. best place to stay nice location easy to get public transport

The hotel staff did not allow us to check in even though our booking was confirmed. They wanted us to pay at the hotel itself and book separately. After 2-3 hours of contacting customer support, they finally allowed us to check in at 9 pm at night. It was a complete waste of time and money.

Rooms were clean and good and staff was very friendly. AC was superb. Only one problem is drinking water which cost like more amount for just 380 ml small water as hotel don't have normal 1 or 15 liter cheap water bottles available in market.

Hotel is located centralized residential area. This might be an issue if you decide to walk around or coming back from beach. Could of goons tried chasing us as we lost our way to hotel and it was raining through out which became difficult to trace hotel location. It was little scary. But we thank you to hotel staff being so kind and friendly. Pool was good. Meal is average.

The location area is very bad. You will not find enough staff. No warm water. Very less amount of light in room. There are lot of things negative about this hotel. I just stayed for one day not I found my stay totally wasted.

Nice trip we enjoy a lot rain Beach

Location is the best part of this hotel there free shuttle service to airport is very prompt, our flight was at 7 and we left at 4:30 am it's 5 minutes drive. We didn't try the food but restaurant looked very good. Best for the departure or arrival day.

Hello. We stayed in Hotel for two days. Our stay was very good. Hotel room was neat, clean and very spacious. Hotel has two swimming pool with clean water. Complimentary breakfast was awesome with different varieties. Only thing with the hotel is you have to inform about your flight number with timing at least 3 hour before to hotel for free Airport pick up service. Thank you.
