No property of such name was found

The phone number of the property was wrong and my family was waiting on the road for 4 hours without food bcoz we couldn't find the property.We reached the location with the help of goggle map but no property of such name was found at all.Lastly we booked a hotel with very high rate at night 9.30 and checked in.We tried many times to contact MM Trip on WA or telephone but till today couldn't contact.I sent a mail to MM Trip on the same day but not received any reply.Now I want my booking amount to be reversed.
