We family stayed at this Hotel NEO Plus Kuta - Legian by ASTON for 2 night. Buffet breakfast is excellent. Pool is also fine. Room is bit small but clean & tidy. One thing i faced here. My adjacent room guest always seating outside & continue-sly make loud sound like mad person. He is alone & living there long duration. He kept a chair outside the door. First day i complaint but nobody look to this. But on 2nd day after complaint again they change my floor. Otherwise Hotel NEO Plus Kuta - Legian by ASTON is excellent in all aspects.

We stayed there for 14 days and entire staff and room service were polite and professional. Loved the ambience and cleanliness of the Hotel NEO Plus Kuta - Legian by ASTON. Also its near supermarket, near to beaches like kuta and semniyak and also near to flea markets. So overall y loved the place and had a perfect stay.

House Keeping and room service needs improvement. Indian breakfast i.e. Channa kulcha served every day is mot worth eating instead of alloo puri, Dosa Samber, Dalia or some other dishes which are very easy to cook can be provided. pls consider.

Location is very good, everything is kuta is at walking distance from here. Breakfast is good and served early. All the eating options are at walking distance.
