Excellent is the only word for this Agung Putra Hotel & Apartment. It made our vacation the most comfortable and relaxed ever. Location is easily accessible, 8 min walking distance from Kuta beach and 20 min drive from Rai International Airport. Breakfast buffet has good variety, healthy food, combination of Oriental , English, American breakfast, eggs to order, complimentary tea and coffee all over buffet is great. Always fresh. Restaurant is very clean and hygienic. Ambience is pleasing. Service from all the staff is excellent, very friendly and will greet you with a smile no matter what, from the time we check-in to checkout. Room service is very prompt. Menu is good and reasonable cost. Housekeeping is done without fail. I sincerely thank the staff and management since we felt very comfortable they took care of us very well.

Stayed in this Agung Putra Hotel & Apartment for three nights and can say for sure that it will be our choice of Agung Putra Hotel & Apartment, whenever we decide to return to Bali. Nice clean property in middle of busy street of Kuta, with all the required facilities. Breakfast was decent and delicious with enough options. Loved our stay in this Agung Putra Hotel & Apartment.

Hotel is 10 mins walk from the beach and has a lot of outlets close by to explore. Rooms are average. Clean washrooms and hot water except in the morning the water pressure and hot water is a scarcity. Breakfast is average. Staff is courteous. Good for a short stay, close to everything.

Everything was absolutely fantastic. The staff is out of the world friendly. Location can't be better. Food very nice. Must stay if you stay in Kuta. Outside bars shops massage parlour etc etc all available. Sea is 5 mins walk.

Stayed for 5 days in Agung Putra Apartment. It is just 400m from the beach and the most happening place in Kuta. Good breakfast, courteous staff, clean swimming pool and rooms, overall a best deal.

Very good Hotels and breakfast nice pool

Overall experience was good but staff forgot to clean our room and we had to request them to do so. Breakfast was good in quality and variety and presentation too. Wifi speed was very poor.

Location is very good, 5 mins walk to the Beach. Rooms are good as per price. In breakfast, there should be more options for the vegetarian. I don't like the smell even of vegetarian food.

Cannot say enough great things about my stay. Their service is unparalleled, the true meaning of hospitality. Breakfast spread is out of this world.
