Good and hygienic rooms. Loved the consistency and timely room cleaning. Helpful staff with minimum issues.

We never book with make my trip because my last booking we are very trouble with make my trip

it was mentioned there will be bathtub in rooms but there was no bathtub as per photo ..... in photo it was showing bathtub but in reality it was not

This place offers stay in the bustling are of TST which is the heart of Hongkong for tourists. Many attractions and must visit places like Avenue of stars, Kowloon park, the Peak, mongkok market etc are very near from this hotel making it the best choice to stay. The hotel is well managed and the service was excellent. the staff is polite and helpful. We availed stay with breakfast and the food was delicious. For Indian vegetarian tourists the breakfast was really a saviour. Also a place 'chun king mansion' which has various Indian food options is also very close to this hotel. I would definitely recommend this place for everyone to stay while they plan to enjoy the future city of Hongkong.

The only positive thing about this hotel is its location. The rooms were dated with wallpaper peeling off the walls. They had the basic amenities but definitely not a 4 star hotel

The hotel's location is very good which is near to the Tsim Sha Tsui MTR station however, the hotel does not have a swimming pool and the gym is also closed which is under renovation. They don't provide water bottles, toiletries (toothpaste, toothbrush, comb, shower cap and shaving kit which either you have to bring or buy from outside.

the hotel was not as good as we thought..breakfast was below par but the hotels location was excellent..many options of indian food near buy..spice, carat, kailash parbat to name a few..

Poor property , no room service , did not even provide drinking water in tne room , rude staff , no lobby , congested rooms

Room was ok ok , bathroom was too congested and had no separate section for shower. The shower has been in the bath tub and really in convenient .

This is the first time I’ve experienced a hotel not providing drinking water to its guests. I had to step out and purchase water myself, which cost me an additional 150–200 HKD. Quite disappointing for a hospitality service.

The hotel is definitely not a 4 star, it has basic amenities of a 3 star. The gym facilities were closed and it's quite a small room for a superior room. Breakfast is average not a big spread you would expect from a 4 star. Comfortable stay and pleasant staff no issues there.

Breakfast for vegetarians was horrible. Only option was fruits and toast/ breads and coffee. Location wise ok with average facalities

very close to most tourist walking places and MTR or metro train. convenient shopping places as well staff is not curious though very old carpet and furniture that's why a bit smelly. costly

The hotel is located at a good location. The metro station is nearby. The breakfast is very good which is very good for Indians. hotel service is very good.One drawback is that it does not provide water to drink. bed is very small in size. Room and toilet is good 👍

Hotel is very close to Tshin Shi Sui Metro station. Also many 7 11 stores & other Indian restaurants at walkable distance from Hotel. Hotel should try to fit Jet Spray in wash room & same shall attract more Indian tourist

Rooms are of a reasonable big in size. Hotel location very close to Indian restaurant like Kailash Parbat. Also nice Cafe in lobby for coffee. They can look at giving proper plug points as same are far from Bed. Also one point of intl hotel like no jet spray in washroom.

The place has a vibe, the location of the hotel is fantastic as u have everything on few steps. Its a lively neighbourhood to stay and loved the way the property is keep maintained. Woukd recommend perople to chose this place

We paid for 2 adults and 2 kids but we were not given extra bed. So every night, one of us had to sleep down, which was not so comfortable. They did not provide any water in rooms which was again a disadvantage. Location of the hotel is in the hong kong city and nice but as a tourist, all tourist places are on the hong kong island or near to island. So as a tourist, prefer taking hotel on island, lot of travel time and money wil be saved

the room and location was good… but there are no one to contact either in reception, housekeeping or in room service… no one is there to attend my call from intercom ☎️

we booked for 3 ppl. no bedding provided. they expect 3 ppl to sleep on a 4ft by 6ft bed. when asked for a extra mattress, they said they dont have. this was the only issue. everything else was good. good location. clean rooms. room size is also ok as compared to hotels in hong kong. would give a 4.5* for sure if i had to not sleep on the floor without a mattress
