City Hotel Berlin East

Very nice location and room bigger than any star hotels in Berlin…………………..,…….,,,,,,,,,,,,…,.,,,,,…,,

Everything was clean, I was personally preferred free Wi-Fi, the breakfast was really good. The people were really helpful and answer all the questions, room was quiet and clean and the room service just in time. I recommend it.

The location was excellent, and the room was very clean, no need more facilities. Extra value for money, extra location in center of Berlin, to alexander place 10 minutes by train. Overall rating for me is very good. Service and the desk can be more helpful

Nice hotel, close to the tram to the center. Rooms clean, could be bigger. Staff as nice. Breakfast OK. Reception shared with the holiday inn need to overlap. Price to quality gives 5. Overall, the hotel pays for short trips with the family at this price is hard to find something better. Getting to the Alexanderplatz is only 10 tram stops.

The hotel was in good location, proximity to public transport was close. The room was spacious but bed was bad and the coir was hurting us. Room was clean. The staff were unfriendly and should take classes on hospitality. No free Wi-Fi (charged me 5euros) which is a normal basic access in every hotel. Overall for the price I paid it was an average hotel.

Really awful stay... It was awful... Holiday inn and grand city hotel are in the same area.. Same reception... Or rather same rude reception... The AC doesn't work in GC so had to upgrade to holiday inn by paying extra.. Not even a 3 star hotel... Seriously avoid..

Hotel service is good. Food at hotel is a bit on a higher side when compared to others. May be street food is better when visiting Berlin. Hotel staff are very well behaved. Was surprised to see how come someone visit my room when I am not in there but, without touching any of my belongings and cleaning it daily is really a trust building event.

Very good support received at reception for some of the documents which we need to send to office. The cooperation from the staff was excellent. Would recommend others to stay and get the feel. The ambiance is good and facilities provided are the best.
