Crowne Plaza Berlin City Centre

The place is ok, but even after paying everything, they charged me extra tax in the name of city tax

Magnificent ! ultimate ! it is much more worth your money ! room, food, location are par too excellent !

The property's location was great, the staff was very well trained and the room was very comfortable.

Hotel rooms are Small & washrooms are very small specially shower area … there is No elbow space … no shampoo, No dental kit, no sleeper.. Spa people are not taking calls , Bar is Good, breakfast is just OK

Crowne plaza berlin is nice, city center hotel. They have a very good breakfast spread. Nice, clean and cosy room, comfortable bed and pillows, nice well stocked bathroom, very good view, tea/coffee maker, nice bar. Overall excellent stay!

My stay at crowne plaza, kudamm was good. Except for one of the receptionist was very rude the very first day. My airline had lost my luggage and i needed help. Instead of helping, she behaved rudely. Other than her, staff was good and stay was comfortable.

Need to add more variety in breakfast.

I must say that hotel Crowne Plaza city center Berlin is an outstanding hotel at a very reasonable price. The breakfast is paid. There are good number of vegetarian items on buffet breakfast. There are plenty of fresh cut fruits, varieties of yogurt etc. It is big hotel with outstanding service spacious rooms absolutely neat and clean. They are 10 times better than chain hotels in Amsterdam which are very expensive and nowhere near the quality offered by Crowne Plaza Berlin.

The room was comfortable but small. The shower was really small. The couch had stains. Otherwise a nice hotel. Would recommend to everyone.

Excellent ambience. Good rooms with a great view. Helpful hotel staff. Good connectivity of public transport in the vicinity. Conveniently close daily provision stores.
