IntercityHotel Berlin Hauptbahnhof

First of all the location of the hotel is very close to the main railway station which makes convenient for travel. The rooms are spacious, clean with good outer view. The reception staff and the breakfast staff was very helpful. We stayed there for nearly 6 days, I would like to suggest that the breakfast menu should be changed every day if possible. They have lot of dishes for breakfast but same menu every day which makes little boring. Should introduce some Indian, Asian dishes in menu as I could see lot of Indians at hotel.

Nice hotel with an excellent location. service could be improved especially at the reception as there was only one staff checking in the customers due to which there was a long queue at the time of my arrival late in the night.

Okayish hotel close to the berlin central station. No kettle or coffee / tea provided in the room Old tv with no ott or satellite options. Don’t know why they even put it in the room when it cant be used for anything

Excellent place very close to the main train station. Plush facilities and comfy room with sound proofing. Close to major touristic attractions. There is also a food court right in front of the station in addition to the already available options at the station. No kettle to boil the water in the room, but a short 5mts walk to the station solves this problem.

the location is great - just outside the main train station. the signage to the hotel is not as good though so its not so easy/ obvious to find if you are somewhere in the multiple levelled main train station.

Worst. You should refund the money for one day. As there was no electricity and water in hotel. For one day entire day

The hotel is not providing invoice/bill after check out, if booking is done other than hotel website. This is the first time experience I had by staying in intercity hotel in Berlin. As I was on business trip and I can not reimbursement the bill as I have not received the hard copy of the bill/invoice which is required by office for tax purpose. I lost my valuable time by discussing the guy on reception. Bad experience.

Everything was great except the receptionist lady who has quite an attitude.

Spacious rooms by European standard, elaborate spread of breakfast, neat rooms, comfortable beds, complimentary public transport ticket to be used in bus, train n tram travel. Overall a satisfying experience at the hotel.

Superb location and great amenities.

The stay was comfortable, they also provided us bus passes and also explained the tourist places.

The hotel is situated close to Berlin central station. The location is awesome and the staff was very helpful. We took the breakfast it was also very good. The internet has a speed of 256kbps which was good to connect maps and social media. The market and restaurants are close by.
