coupleFirstly the room was cold and when i asked for extra blanket the receptionist out-rightly declined saying i don't have a blanket which is absurd. Secondly it seemed that the receptionist was less bothered by our issue as i informed her it was too cold and heater in the room does not seem to heat properly. There was no brushes or toothpaste or slippers in the room.

coupleThe reception guy was so rude and we got negative vibes. Room was OK. Never got cleaned in the 4 nights we stayed. It is more like a lodge. Location is 1.2 km from La Défense station. Good location with easy connectivity to the station with bus.

Kindly avoid booking this hotel if you want to have a good Paris trip. Had to book another hotel the same night I arrived without getting any refund for this hotel . . Hotel room smells and are definitely difficult to stay. There is no air conditioner provided in the room which adds to the trouble Would advise to book better options available in the same surrounding.
