coupleI have booked a stay for 3 nights and on the day of check in, they have asked to give 150 euros as a security deposit(which was not mentioned at the time of booking)and confirmed that it is rules to do that. So i paid. While checkout, they promised me that the whole 150 euros transaction is cancel-led and will get my money back in 2 days. But now on constant calling for 3 days, they answered and asked me to mail and it's been 3 days since i mail and there is no reply. I even checked with the bank as well and they said the reversal hasn't happened. I don't know who is at fault now. Looks like security deposit is a scam! don't book here
