Front desk was very polite, helpful and nice. But the room was smelly and small. I just had to stay for a night so it was okay. But won’t stay here for more than a night. Parking is non existent.

We stayed here for 5 days and they gave us water once. When you pay nearly INR45k in a hotel you expect better. The hotel was always short staffed at night. Once we had to stand outside the hotel for 30 mins because the person at front desk had gone off and when I raised a concern on return he was extremely rude and aggressive. One of the nights my wife requested for toilet paper and they asked her to come down via stairs from the third floor to get it as their lift stopped working. They didn’t even appropriately stock tissue paper in the rooms.
