Good Stay

The location is pretty approachable from the airport ( a direct tram) but for the train station, you have to switch two busses or trams. The apartment was spacious and on a walking distance from beaches and bus stops. The kitchen was a little small to be managed. Till October, the AC works only in a cooling mode so be mindful of it. No washing machine available in rooms but in common areas and on a paid basis. No dryer.

The location in right on the Promenade de Anglais near Lenval hospital, hence it has access to bus stop from the front entrance and tram lines 1 and 2 from the rear exit. However one must choose the Sea view apartments to make the most from the stay here. There is also a Velobleu dock near the rear entrance in case some wants to explore Nice by bicycle. There is no swimming pool, but there is a Sun deck terrace.

The staff is very helpful and gives guidance properly. However outside there is language problem.

No housekeeping, but still great stay, lovely spacious rooms, kitchenette, all facilities. Very near to tram station. Lovely blue waters beach, right across. Though no sand. All pebbles.
