Hotel florence, nice. It is very good in terms of hospitality but the basic rooms are too small, that too understandable but washroom is beyond understanding, the water closet is installed in such a way that one can't even sit. How practical is it? lift is too small and water is charged after two bottles.

Average hotel but location is good

coupleIt has very tiny entry and elevator. But they are helpful to carry your luggage but very slow. Our check-in also late even we came around 1800 hrs. Overall very basic amenities compare to our Paris, Lisbon, Barcelona Hotel. But location is good. So it is a average stay. Don't expect much as a typical French hotel.
