Location : the apartment is located nice 5-10 minutes from the main promenade / beach center. The apartment can be easily reached on foot. Its 20 minutes ( by tram) from the airport and the 10 minutes walk from the closest tram station ( garibaldi) stay: the apartment is nice and is suitable for a small family of 3 people ( with the 3rd person being a kid. Space is perhaps an issue when the 3rd person is a full grown adult although there is a separation between the living room and bed room. The ac kept on loosing its temperature and constantly required a 'reset' and considering that it was extremely hot in nice- this was a bit of irritant. The washroom is extremely small with the shower and the bathing space being separated. Basic items for e. G. Toilet rolls not being provided at the time of checking in put us off. Check in: check in could have been smoother and the room was not ready even by 4. 00 and the person at the check in counter raised a demand for approximately 259 euros claiming that the stay was only partly paid. This besides the fact that the stay was completely paid off at the time of booking through make my trip. So much so that it took 20 minutes to make him understand and then leave our booking voucher with him as he wanted to check again at his end. A request for additional blanket for the 3rd person was unattended o during the entire stay. During the stay : another staff ( anthony) made our stay pleasant and helped us with all basic amenities ( washing, dryer, iron etc) and also was upfront in guiding us in and around the place. So special thanks to him. Safety standards: the upkeep of the apartment was satisfactory and the bedsheets had been replaced newly at the time of check in. Conclusion: an overall rating of 6. 5 / 10 considering the price, service and customer satisfaction as the key hospitality pillars.
