Pleasant stay. the best part of the hotel is the location. right outside are some famous restaurants, supermarkets and tram and bus stop in literally one step outside that makes everything very easy. breakfast is good. reception staff is good too but they dont help with luggage. breakfast has many options.

Excellent hotel with large clean rooms. Excellent location with tram and bus stop just in front of hotel excellent breakfast spread with lot of options for vegetarians. Many restaurants with vegetarian food including indian restaurants in nearby area. Very helpful hotel staff.

City location and 10 min walking distance for indian restaurant

The hotel rooms are not as mentioned on the website or on or any other hotel booking partner. The hotel is not that clean or plush. WiFi was a major issue every night when we came back it kept disconnecting and the answer was always we will ask the IT team to help you tomorrow or we will restart the router but the problem kept continuing. We initially had a bigger room as we had a kid with us but the room had a twin bed for me and the wife. They shifted us to a double bed room but that was much smaller. The beds, bathrooms, linens were frankly 3 stars. All in all we paid more for a 3 star because the hotel claims its 5 star but its no where close to being even 4 stars. Stay was average. Breakfast was good but you keep having the same thing eveyday, on the third day you are craving for something different which never happened. OVERALL as I said plain 3 stars hotel. If you get a deal for 3 stars with breakfast book it else look nearby maybe you may find something better.

The location of the Hotel is very convenient. Everything was easily accessible such as metro, tram and bus. Great location and very co-op staff of Hotel.

This Hotel is little far from square but just opposite tram Station. Initially they gave me a room which was not proper, as it was cramped, wardrobe or luggage rack was ill fitted to utilize the small space in the room. I got it changed the next day. Overall nice Hotel.

Room could have been better placed, but had a wonderful breakfast during the stay.
