A beautiful place to stay

As if Prague isn't beautiful enough the THE CHARLES HOTEL, Charles provides you with such an excellent stay that you actually feel overwhelmed while leaving it. The staff is cordial and helpful and the rooms specially the suite one is beautiful and magestic. The breakfast does have limited items but it hardly matters. The best part of the stay was after my checking out my flight got cancelled and I had no option but to return to the THE CHARLES HOTEL, as I had to travel in the night and wait for the entire day as it was raining they let me wait with no extra charges, provided complimentary coffee and all and took the luggage and were the most helpful. Five stars when it comes to hospitality.

Great location and amazing service. Perfect for romantic trip. The breakfasts were really tasty- everyone could find something for himself. We could leave our luggage before check in and then after check out. Room was a little bit vintage. Bathroom was clean and beautiful. There was a mini bar in the room. I recommend this THE CHARLES HOTEL, everyone.

I stayed at The Charles Hotel in the third week of October 2016 when I visited Prague on a 5 day holiday. The location of the THE CHARLES HOTEL, is excellent and the staff were very helpful in arranging day trips etc. Breakfast was good. The room was a bit small though.
