ibis Praha Old Town

it was disappointing stay. First of all room was so small , there was hardly any space to walk. It didn't had any table . No cattle was provided, neither complimentary tea / coffee. So it was very inconvenient for international tourists like us , particularly who are having habits of having tea early in the morning before doing anything else. Also we carry packaged food which requires hot water. We couldn't use those also. Also the staff at reception, were not friendly, like you see at other hotels. So it was very disappointing stay. Even if it's budget hotel , then also certain basic things are must. Hopefully next time we will be careful to check whether those basic necessities are provided or not.

I recently stayed at this hotel and I had a pleasant experience with friendly and efficient staff. The hotel is ideally located, offering easy access to the city's historic sites. The rooms were clean, modern, and comfortable.

The hotel is at prime location i.e very close to old town, 10 mins walk, the food is typical English breakfast with less options for vegan and asian guests. The property is close to train station and shopping mall is at 50m. The property doesn’t have room services and luggage assistant

Great location, good breakfast spread, premium rooms are not that premium, not sure why don't put napkins in the bathroom (it's not that "green) just too inconvenient, clean hotel, lively

The hotel is will placed and all tourist attractions are easily accessible. Very well connected to the public transport. The room amenities could have been better

Hotel location is great & it’s very well connected, the hotel people are also very cooperative & helpful.

The location of the hotel is ideal and at walkable distance from most of the major tourist attractions. Names-ti republiky metro station, bus stop and tram stop all are just outside the hotel. There are many restaurants and supermarket outside. And the main mall palladium is again just next to the hotel. Therefore location wise : it's the best place. The room was spacious and good. Only problem faced by us was that electric kettle was not available in room. The hotel has food area downstairs and if you have opted for breakfast, you'll have plenty of options to choose from the buffet. It also has bar area and snacks counter. Overall good experience and stay.

Rooms are very tiny. But the bathroom sizes are okay. Overall, it was not worth the money they charged.

Location of the hotel is simply super, all sights within walking distance. Rooms were very clean and bar was well stocked. Lovely restaurants and groceries available in the vicinity.However the staff at the reception need to be more friendly and helpful. This was one aspect of that was lacking ….warmth and being hospitable. Otherwise an excellent place to stay while visiting Prague

Near to happening location, standard hotel, very clean, rooms are small, easy checkin, have a bar and dining

Basics like safe, tea coffee service is missing in the cramped rooms and even when you request for an adapter for the laptop at the reception it’s like we don’t provide that, there is no fridge etc as well

I was in Prague for Business Trip. Very Best location and value for money with good in service budget hotel. I would like to suggest this hotel to live in when you go to Europe for short stay schedule in the hotel. The staff was very kind and helpful.

The hotel is located adjacent to Palladium, the famous Mall of Prague. Very close to old town and short distance from bus stand and railway station, this is an ideal place to stay. The tram line goes in front and metro is hardly 100 m away. Rooms are good and spacious.
