Attentions towards complaint was not given or neglected. Few lights were not working in a room and after complaint nothing could be done. Check out timings are 10.00 am which is too early. On request can be extended only by 1 hour. Reception staff was good. Location of hotel is good. Limited items at buffet breakfast.
