Stayed for a night. Co operative front office and very helpful considering language barrier. Good stay overall. There is gold coast spa in the same premise and one can opt to stay in the spa instead of Shenzhen Kaili Hotel as well. Fruits and drinks are complimentary unlimited with the stay if you book directly.
