A special mention to Mr. Jonathan at the front desk, who always handles any queries or issues swiftly and efficiently. His professionalism ensures that every stay is pleasant and comfortable. During my recent stay, I requested an early check-in, and Miss Beta was amazing. She made the process smooth and quick, responding to all my messages promptly. She even helped to assist me with shipping some packages. This Shenzhen Huaqiang Plaza Hotel truly feels like a home away from home. This is one of the best Shenzhen Huaqiang Plaza Hotel situated in the area just 100 meter away from subway & the market it is one of the best Shenzhen Huaqiang Plaza Hotels. The rooms are big the hospitality is very good. There is just one minus thing of the Shenzhen Huaqiang Plaza Hotel which is their breakfast. They carter more of chinese food in the buffet than regular european or american breakfast that we see in many chain Shenzhen Huaqiang Plaza Hotels across the globe. It was my second stay in this Shenzhen Huaqiang Plaza Hotel & it has been really good

Very pleasant and very luxurious stay. Clean and spacious rooms. Quick customer service and room service. Hassle free check-in. Front desk support was very convenient especially from mr. Jonathan who was very easy to speak to and very supportive. He easily understand english and helps the customer. Neat rooms. Friendly front desk team who help in ordering food (and seamlessly deliver it to room) and helping book taxis. Not much of vegetarian option in the restuarant. For breakfast vegetarians can eat fruits, cornflakes and wheat bread for breakfast i had got my food delivered from bombay add a (about 4 kms away) which is a pure vegetarian restaurant. The food tasted as good as in india.

Hotel is centrally located with spacious rooms and facilities. The Shenzhen Huaqiang Plaza Hotel has good buffet with vegetarian choices. The drawback is patchy internet, no smart tvs and only 1 english channel and very odd pricing which included breakfast for only 1 person despite the room being on double occupancy
