Holiday Inn Donghua Shenzhen

I recently stayed at this Holiday Inn Donghua Shenzhen for 11 days during a solo business trip to China and had a truly excellent experience. The location is perfect – very convenient, just a short walk from the subway, which made getting around the city quick and easy. Stayed in Room no 2411 What really sets this Holiday Inn Donghua Shenzhen apart is the staff. From the moment I arrived, everyone was incredibly welcoming and helpful. A special shout-out to Peggy, Tina, and the room cleaning team (I forgot her name, it starts with C) – they went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. They assisted me with several personal tasks, including receiving packages on my behalf, talking to deliver agent, providing a hanger stand for laundry, and even helping me carry some very heavy bags. Their kindness and professionalism made a huge difference during a busy work trip. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained throughout my stay. I genuinely felt cared for, and it made traveling alone a lot easier. Highly recommended – I will definitely stay here again on my next visit!

The Holiday Inn Donghua Shenzhen is located close to the Shenzhen port and also around the city center. Continental food is served in breakfast and it is the biggest positive. Hotel and housekeeping give prompt and good service.
