Everything was good, had nice experience and stayed comfortably during my stay in Beijing. Little more amenities like shaving set and cream shall be included in the amenities. Rest all are good enough.
Well decorated Swissotel Beijing Hong Kong Macau Center with all fine amenities, they should include more international channels in rooms television as this is classified as a Swissotel and lot of foreigners are visiting here hence, the Swissotel Beijing Hong Kong Macau Center management should think to enhance the number of channels.

It was a convenient location and friendly staff. We had a good family stay. It was near the subway station and very convenient to visit nearby places and shopping area. Hotel room was clean and smiling staff.

Only, checking inn procedure is little long as compared to other Swissotel, the management should play finely, rest all good and this Swissotel Beijing Hong Kong Macau Center will get its own and name for itself near future.
I was not expected such a wonderful Swissotel Beijing Hong Kong Macau Center in Beijing, China. Very good Swissotel Beijing Hong Kong Macau Center for the foreign travelers they should classify this Swissotel Beijing Hong Kong Macau Center as a 5 star, not by 4 star.
