Rooms are terrible as against the photos that they show. Orange carpets that they have laid in lifts and rooms have discolored. Entire hotel atmosphere sticks with an old kind Of smell. Toilets are old, washroom floorings cracked and stinky. There is no proper entrance to the hotel as some construction activity is going on. Reception staff speaks poor English. Room service doesn't understand any English and takes more than 2 hours for any delivery. The hotel manager is always annoyed and irritated for any service requests. Overall, this hotel charges you with a level Of star hotel, but it is almost like a substandard lodge in India or any other country. You would feel deeply disappointed.
