Very poor room service, basic things like Shampoo missing. Housekeeping response is very slow. Good hotel for business travellers but certainly not family holidays.

Excellent Hotel, extraordinary staff. Leia, and Gursimran, I hope I have spelled the names correctly, were extremely helpful..and so were the others, need to add more vegetarian options to the breakfast add a place in the shower area for keeping toiletries while taking shower, and keep 2 chairs instead of one in the room and remove the puffy so that 2 people can sit but these are just suggestions for making the already superb experience fabulous.
