Das Innsbruck

Excellent location, in old town, All attractions near by. View is fantastic. You can see Alps snow clad peaks from the window, river Inn flowing just besides. Local bus, tram stops just round the corner. Well spread breakfast. V efficient and polite staff. Overall A+. More than value for money

The location was wonderful - in the heart of the old town, by the river. However, the view from the room may be limited. There are only a few rooms that face towards the mountains+river ... Rest face the courtyard (and other rooms) and buildings. The rooms and Bath are large, spacious, and clean. The staff is extremely helpful.

This hotel has an amazing view. The staff are very helpful. I had like 100 questions & they patiently answered all of them for me. Just make sure if you are travelling by car the hotel doesn't have a free parking.

Located in city center. 5 mins by bus from the station. Rooms are OK. Breakfast was wholesome, with huge variety of cold cuts and cheese.. Staff was very helpful. Most of the attractions are walking distance from the hotel. Cable car station is 5 mins walking distance from the hotel.

It's a great hotel with a prime location. All staff are good, very polite & excellent services with great food. The hotel & it's room was very clean. I will recommend to travelers book this hotel & enjoy.

Hotel is good with nice breakfast and location is amazing near by main market and staff also very good. Only problem is this as we stay here 3 night same breakfast they served all the days. But overall very good hotel in my opinion.

Hotel was very close to the train station so it was easily accessible on foot. Breakfast was not that great. No variety, in spite of having its own huge cafe. The hotel didn't have enough variety could have been better

Superb location, excellent rooms and courteous staff. The best place to stay at Innsbruck. The rooms are spotless clean, the city centre is just around the corner and the river is just across. It is a 15 minute walk from the hauptbanof. Overall stay quality is superb.

My wife and I were in Innsbruck from June 20th to June 23rd, 2015, and stayed in Hotel Innsbruck. We are sure that the hotel contributed a lot towards our falling in love with Innsbruck. The staff right from the front office, to room maids, to janitors, to the bartenders and restaurant waitresses -- were friendly and helpful to the utmost. Everyone had a smile at all times. The buffet breakfast was lavish and delicious. We had a lovely room with a brilliant view of the mountains and the river Inn. If we get lucky enough to visit Innsbruck again, most certainly we will stay in Hotel Innsbruck -- one of the best hotels we have stayed in during our extensive travels over the years.
