Hotel Central

Great location, average room and nonexistent service. Our bathroom shower was not working and we had to use the fitness room for showers since housekeeping staff was not available

Location was good, there was no AC in the room and since we visited in July (peak summer) , it used to feel hot at night, difficulty to sleep. And there were mosquitoes in the room and we also found a small insect in the washroom.

The hotel location is just great, good breakfast spread, very friendly staff. The only off thing was the temperature control in my room wasn't working however with a window open , I could manage the night. The staff did mention if they had available rooms they would have let me switch but they were fully booked it being weekend. It also offers free fitness center access and sauna facility to the guests!

The hotel is in a great location. Near to the central station. Location is a great advantage for this hotel. However, the hotel is a bit old one. It has traditional locks instead of key cards. It does not have air conditioning. They have a small cooler that you can use. The staff are very friendly and guide you properly. The cafe that is attached to the hotel is a good one. 4

Very nice and good experience. It is very close to the city main centre. Staff is also very polite and helpful.

Nice hotel for travellers. Good food. Closer to the station. The only issue has been the air conditioning.

The hotel is good and centrally located but breakfast is having very limited choices. Overall the stay was good and pleasant.

Every thing was amazing starting from hospitality to the room to access to main spots and cherry on the cake was their cafe. The only issue was there was no coffee making facility available within the room which they should improve

Best about the hotel was its location very convenient, room size and breakfast was decent. They did not allow check in till 3 pm no matter how much we pleaded. Overall thumps up

Very good location just at the city center. Hygiene and safety very good. Got an upgrade to a duplex for free which was a bonus

It is the best in terms of approach from main sun and good service.

We had a comfortable stay at the hotel. Location was great as major sight seeing points were near by within approximately 500 meters. Also, mobile shop, food joints, Innsbruck railway station all were close by. I will recommend a stay here.

Location is close to railway station. Breakfast was of fine quality. Didn't used much of their services but they have a lot.
