Depends on the time of year fo....
This is one of the most difficult reviews I’ve ever written. This is a lovely quaint old property in a great central location. The place is spotlessly clean, the beds are comfortable and the welcome is very warm. An adequate breakfast is served daily. But, we had issues which the hotel can do little about. Because of the location, it gets very noisy with late night revellers. We also had problems with the church bells which started every 15 minutes from 0630. Finally, it was so warm during our stay that it was too hot in the rooms. It was catch 22 and opening the windows just meant hearing even more noise. A well priced property and if you’re a heavy sleeper you’ll be fine here. We’ll return to Innsbruck again, but would have to stay elsewhere if it was in Summer as we need aircon. If it was Winter, we’d stay here in a heartbeat! I’m giving four out of five as I can’t give 3.5, but it’s better than a 3.

Very charming and clean - nice....
Very charming and clean hotel over 500 yrs old and a place where Mozart also stayed. Very comfortable room and nice bathroom! Would stay here again with a preference not to have a room overlooking the old towne as the noise can be a little loud late at night if you leave your hotel windows open.

Fantastic, friendly, centrally....
My wife and I stayed at the Weisses Kreisler in March whilst we were on a ski trip.
The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was great (I think we had a superior double room) however as it was at the front of the hotel you could sometimes hear noise from the street in the evening.
The buffet breakfast was excellent.
Location is wonderful, right in the centre of the old town and very close to many restaurants and bars.
We will definitely stay at the Weisses Kreuz when we return to Innsbruck.

Famous old hotel with great st....
Hundreds of years old, and rather rustic. Staff was very helpful, especially when we had to leave in a hurry because of a flight change. Customers in next room were noisy, but that is not the hotel's fault. Breakfast is basic European fare but filling. Hotel is right in the middle of the old town: perfect location.

Short stay but quite satisfied
Stayed for a night at this family owned hotel for my solo trip. Situated right at Innsbruck´s historic center with most of local attractions nearby like Golden Roof, River front, shopping and congress center. I found the location very conveniently located near to bus, tram, train or cable car station going to Nordkettenbahn (Seegrube) via funicular from Innsbruck Congress. My room was a small room with wash basin (wash room in the same floor, clean and perfect for a short stay). However there were options with double beds with attach bath etc. There were plenty of options at the breakfast menu not sure if they change on daily basis but I liked the one I had. You will anyway find a lot of restaurants nearby including Mac (just 2 building away).
The staffs were helpful and the lady on 2nd floor reception had shown me the map of attractions, transport to take, timing etc. In all it was a pleasant stay in this boutique hotel at Innsbruck
