The reception area is open from morning 7:00 a. M. To 11:00 a. M. And from 3:00 p. M. To 7:00 p. M. In the evening so accordingly you have to drop and collect your luggage during that specific time which is not comfortable at all. Also, they have 3 family rooms which are on 3rd floor without elevator. So, it is not feasible to carry the luggage using stairs. Overall it was not so good hotel to stay.
