The room was spacious with a well-equipped kitchen with pans, utensils and crockery. Conveniently located to the tram stop just outside. 7-11 just across the street and down the street, lots of little restaurants and breakfast options. The Citadines on Bourke, Melbourne does not have room service till 6pm and the only option is japanese. The plugs are Australian though the reception will lend you an adapter. There is a heated indoor swimming pool which was great too. Check-in is 2pm and check out is 11am and they are strict about that.

Excellent location for a first-time visitor to melbourne. The tram stop is right outside the Citadines on Bourke, Melbourne and plenty of shopping and dining nearby. The room was a good size with a comfortable bed, and check-in and check-out were very smooth. Made for a pleasant and hassle-free stay. Highly recommend!

Very centrally located with all amenities. Room amenities however had to be asked for at regular intervals. Ktichen could have been better equipped

Citadines is very well located and the rooms are big and well equipped. It would be better if they offered breakfast as most cafés don’t open early. Staff was good.

We stayed there for two days. The staff were helpful and the location is really great. You have a tram stop right on the doorstep. The room was clean and good facilities.
