the property is located in swanston st.Tram stop is exactly is in front of the hotel to go to Melbourne CBD.We have also stores near the hotel with a walking distance.The hotel services are good and they provide basic cooking vessels and cutleries along with toiletries.And for Hotels for Indian food, we went to CBD only as it is 2 tram stops only. Overall everything was good. We can look forward to stay again.

I’ve still not been refunded $200 aud and the rooms were not cleaned even after informing them. The behaviour of the receptionist wasn’t up to the mark ( especially male receptionist. The rooms were a complete mess even after informing at the reception no actions were taken.

Excellent location. Rooms equipped with microwave oven, freeze and basic crockery set. Only issue is that there is no complementary WiFi connection in this hotel in contrast to most other hotels. Value for money

Comfortable stay at best location

Don't expect complimentary water, WiFi, toiletries like toothpaste from the hotel unless additionally paid. Small room with tiny bathroom.. Location perfect at queensberry street tram stop 4 (outside free tram zone). Walk for 7 min to stop 8 and ride free up to stop 8 flinders street.. Reception staff were too good and provided all sort of help.. Recommended for a medium budget stay and expectation.
