please refund the money and let us know why property was available in site when not operational

The Chinese owner didn't let us check in. He said that we haven't made the payment but we already made the payment from our bank upi. He started yelling at us that he did not receive any payment from us so he wanted us to pay again $260 to stay at the hotel. I showed him my bank transaction even then he was denying that he did not receive any payment. He also said that he did not receive my phone number. When i asked him to show me his computer screen then he picked up the screen and was about to throw it on my head. Then he threw a pen on my face and kicked us out of the hotel. Me and my wife got so scared that we decided not to put any effort in arguing because he was fully drunk. All this happened at 9 pm because we landed in melbourne at 8 pm. We had 4 luggage bags with us and 2 hand bags and a laptop bag. We were standing on the road with all these stuff. Imagine a situation like this. It is a nightmare which came true. Luckily i knew a guy living in the suburb nearby and i called him and begged him to please provide us shelter for the night. Luckily he was having one vacant room so we stayed there for one night. He was also watching us from his car as we were standing on the side road with our luggage. It was a complete nightmare in the middle of the night in an unknown country where you have never been before. Till now we are still trembling with fear when we recall that situation.
