Hotel is a great location, good rooms. Food is not great, I always had spoilt tomato's, melons. Front office is a bit dis-organised, they are not well synchronized. I made my check-in I made a payment for all the 5 nights I had to stay, now during check-out they have no Idea of that payment and kept searching files, computer etc. Had booked my breakfast package during the check-in and they charge me on the days I had my breakfast and did not have pre-booking. Well overall it was a great place to stay and I would love to go back there. It's just the food needs to be taken care.

My daughter and I stayed for 2 days at the Holiday Inn at Flinders in Melbourne, and we were very pleased with the rooms and the caring and polite staff. Breakfast was good. The location of the Hotel Indigo Melbourne on Flinders by IHG is also very convenient as it's close to the tram stations in CBD, as well as the southern cross Station from where we took the Airport Skybus to Melbourne Airport.

When I come to Melbourne I always choose this Hotel Indigo Melbourne on Flinders by IHG. Location is good also near by airport skybus station. Indian restaurant and other food option is near by. Crown casino is walkble distance. Hotel staff and service is excellent. Value for money.

Great location. Train Stationand tramway at walking distance. Staff gave me an early check in without any hassle. Great place if you want to be in the heart of d City.
