An excellent holiday resort within easy reach of cairns city centre, yet pretty much close to the tropical jungles. Situated in a tropical setting with a nice pool and two restaurants. The room was very comfortable and well appointed.

Staff at the poolside bar was extremely rude, routine room service and housekeeping is extremely poor, they don't send anything to your room, you have to go pick it up from reception or restaurant. It's a resort, and it's widespread, so it's not easy to do back and from always from the room. It's not convenient to walk with your luggage as well till your rooms, but they don't have have any help or facility provided for baggage pick up and drop till the room as well. Overall, wouldn't recommend the property to anyone since service is worst, and rooms are also outdated, every morning there was a lot of noise outside our rooms.

Fully satisfied. It was clean. Rooms were spacious. Budget hotel. Resort was big enough to roam around. Game rooms available with pool table, a few arcade games. Table tennis table, vending machines and a small gift shop.
