More a resort than a Novotel Cairns Oasis Resort, the location is superb. Rooms are nice & clean. Staff are friendly, warm & willing to help. Spread of food could have been more inclusive. However it covers all major categories. An Accor plus membership makes the stay very affordable.

Courteous staff, excellent pool and good connectivity to shops and the fleet terminal. My kids enjoyed the pool and we also got a good choice of restaurant that is walkable from this Novotel Cairns Oasis Resort. Overall had a very pleasant experience.
Enjoyable stay in central location

Hotel is located on lake street which is a 10 minute walk to reef street terminal or shops and restaurants on esplanade. This property like all novotel Novotel Cairns Oasis Resorts is comfortable with all essential mod cons. Breakfast has good selection of vegetarian dishes also
