coupleThe AC was not cooling the room the first night of our stay. Despite repeated reminders it was not fixed and we were told the hotel was overbooked so our room was not changed. So we spent a sleepless night in a warm room. Irony of ironies - the following day the AC was fixed and yet we were asked if we wanted to change our room! C'mon- think rationally! And if the AC could be fixed on day 2 then why not day 1?
