serenity great food and warm hospitality
Our stay at Pine Heaven Resort was truly wonderful. The location was breathtaking, nestled perfectly amidst nature. The food was excellent — even my 8-year-old son, who’s usually very picky, happily ate their chicken curry and rice! The service was warm and attentive throughout. I’d highly recommend this property to anyone planning a visit to Lamahatta or Takdah.

Excellent accommodation in lap of nature. All required amenities of top quality. Hygienic & Tasty food as you would like to have at home. Courteous Staff.

Nice stay amid-st nature with all the modern amenities. Breathtaking views of the kanchenjunga on a clear day. The staff is very helpful negative points- the road to the esort from the main road- 600m downhill is treacherous and horrible. Rooms have electric blanket but no electric heater

coupleThe hotel is situated approx 1-1. 5 km off the main road and the condition of this road is not less than hell, the resort is though clean but don't have any fan which is a problem there in extreme summer. The only option for food is hotel restaurant only which you have to bear as taste is not so good. You may only opt this stay if your having your own vehicle or else you have to prebook vehicle for return as no other source of transport is there also the tariff is way higher than the facilities provided.

Excellent Stay
Pine haven resort is excellently located at lamahatta. Away from city-noises, surrounded by green. One can spend a weekend in total peace. Rooms are clean. Staff are very polite and helpful. Their hospitality was unforgettable. Foods were also good. Overall it is absolutely fabulous! we had an excellent experience there.

Service is excellent. Staff members are courteous. Food is good. The hotel is in the midst of nature. Serene location. However, on the cons side: approach road is horrible. Choice of food items are minimal. Since there is no medical stores nearby - the hotel may keep common medicinal items, sprain-ointment, ours etc. In spite of everything i would love to stay in the hotel in my future visit(s.

Loved the stay
familyGood location, polite staff behaviour, some food items were really good, one need to avail the bonfire along with barbecue chicken as we did, it was a great experience.

the staff here made our stay comfortable and are very polite & hospitable. food was also good. thanx to manisha & mahesh who took proper care like family members only…kudos and appreciation 👏. plc was scenic, peaceful away from the hustle bustle n no regrets coming here but the approach was lil difficult overall not impossible..😊. that's all for now...👍 😀

A great stay with both sunrise and kanchanjangha view
A nice place to stay with your friends and family. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. Homely foods are available at a very reasonable price. Sunrise view point with kanchanjangha is an extra addition on it.

best for place for couples for quality time
the place is far form the main road but is worth the walk ask the locals for the short cuts then you'll really appreciate this place me and my fiance went their for our first trip together 🤗

Luxurious stay amid-st nature and pine trees
coupleSituated in lamahatta, with its beautiful ambience, the resort offers a perfect place to relax and enjoy the nature. Our room had a great sitting area from where we were able to just admire the beauty of the mountains. The place is situated at a very nice area from where tea gardens and the view point of the lamahatta is at a walking distance. We had a great stay, hassle free check-in and check out, the employees of the resort were very friendly and helpful. We would love to go there again in near future.

Beautiful & Peaceful stay BUT…
Lamahatta is a peaceful place unlike darjeeling. If anyone wants to enjoy their vacation peacefully, then its the right place. Food quality and the hotel management behaviour is also good. But the only problem is the 1km road towards the resort. The broken road is very hard to drive. Only a very experienced driver can drive that road!
