The hotel was very bad. Horrible stay. Half of the time the current was not there and water scarcity. The hotel owner was rude enough to say " free ke chochle" which is not a behavior he should have done to a customer. Overall it was okay room and cleanliness wise but not at all recommended to stay.

Dear Guest, Thank you for sharing your feedback. However, we would like to clarify a few points regarding your stay. Your booking was made for two adults only, though you arrived with a 9-year-old child. As per hotel policy, the Cozy Budget room category is strictly limited to two guests. Despite this, we still honored your booking and accommodated all three of you without any additional charge. You had requested a complimentary room upgrade, which unfortunately was not possible. However, we offered you an upgrade at a minimal additional cost of ₹500 per night, which you declined. We kindly request all guests to understand that room upgrades are subject to availability and category policies. Regarding the temporary power outage, it was caused by a major landslide in Darjeeling that affected the entire area that night — a situation beyond anyone’s control. The hotel’s power backup ensured essential lighting was available. At 1:30 a.m., you requested hot water for your child, and even at that hour, our team promptly provided a bucket of hot water as an emergency arrangement. Our team strives to assist every guest courteously, and we regret that your dissatisfaction led to disturb

Hotel Personnel : Hotel Manager, Receptionist and Staff were very professional, welcoming and helpful. They were always quick and responsive regarding any query or problems. Hotel Location : Hotel location is very convenient as there is a taxi stand nearby and can be used for sightseeing or other travel services. There are also other local shops selling local delicacies, baked items etc.
