The best hotel we had to experience and explore for Darjeeling... the rooms were clean the view was top notch out of the world view for me and the main part is the hospitality of the staff they were so welcoming and well mannered and respectful towards their customers all were good from the new watchmen sir and to the receptionist maam the waiter brother all were to good in contacting to people i am going back again in oct for sure best hotel best people and best place to visit thnk you for the warm service i really appreciate you for that 🤍✨

Stay comfortable. But kitchen services and food was horrible.

The time taken in preparation of food is too long and the property bads are too comfertable, i fall from the bed 3 times while sleeping

Wow, where do I even begin? If you’re looking for a “5-star” experience that feels more like a budget roadside lodge with a mountain view (barely), this is your dream destination. First off, this place is tucked away in the middle of nowhere — so remote, even Google Maps had second thoughts. Good luck accessing any major Darjeeling spots unless you enjoy hour-long drives through bumpy terrain just to find civilization. Now let’s talk about the “luxury” amenities — assuming you’re into broken fittings, unclean bathrooms, and the faint smell of damp disappointment. The food? Think bland, cold mess food served with a side of regret. Room size? Let’s just say, if you open your suitcase, you might not have space to stand. The cherry on this disaster sundae? The management. Completely unbothered, unapologetic, and clueless. Asked for help, got shrugs. Complained, got eye-rolls. Apparently, 5-star service here means ignoring guests with premium indifference. And shoutout to MakeMyTrip for the wildly inaccurate rating — truly a masterclass in digital deception. Either your standards have plummeted or someone’s getting paid to post fairy tale reviews. Final word: Avoid. Avoid. Avoid. Don’t fall for the stars — they’re as fake as the hotel’s promises.

Hotel was good as compared to other hotels in Darjeeling but few points were let down . None of family room have good view to mountains which they claim . Location is quite odd. None of shared taxi go there. You need to book a cab every time to go to mall market . Cost is 400 . But this is for 90% hotels in Darjeeling. . This hotel location is at one - way street. So again, accessibility via taxi is difficult some time. - Breakfast menu is limited. Don't go by the pictures. Same and very limited options - Breakfast and overall food quality is not good (especially north indian - Tibetan food was good). They need to hire some good north indian cook. But staff was polite and ready to help So one thing which was good in overall trip

location was too far away from Mall Road, though the people were very hospitable and warm but good was horrible..I had booked all inclusive (breakfast, lunch and dinner) room but they prepared a menu and asked me to choose from that menu only for lunch and dinner, there was no buffet spread..food was inedible..morning buffet was so limited..food wasn't not at all upto the mark..I won't advise anyone to opt for this..this is expensive, far from Mall Road and the food will give you stomach ulcers

The charges here were way above average hotel room price in Darjeeling and the expectations were quite high. However, the room we got was a window less room (felt like a basement even though we were on 6th floor) which quite often felt suffocating. There were no other rooms available so we could not switch as well. Reaching the hotel is a nightmare because MMT shows wrong address co-ordinates. (Google map is correct). With more than 10k room rate per night, I would have expected a call a day prior to checkin helping me understand how difficult it is to locate the place (To be fair every hotel in that area is lile that) but the place seems understaffed. The biggest amenity in the room was Bathtub which turned out to be a joke on us becuase the geyser could not dispense enough hot water to even fill 5% of the tub. Besides bad room and hard to find hotel location, I must say the staff was helpful who gave a warm welcome and food was good (The dinner orders took way too long though). Overall I would not recommend this to anyone who is looking for a comfortable stay becuase I did not get my money's worth here.

The hotel was cozy, the staff were very helpful and polite, the view from the balcony was amazing. Overall, the stay was excellent. Just the location being on the one way route is the real issue.

As per MMT property was rated 5 star but it was of 3 star. Too congested rooms not proper services. Food was also not so good in taste. Bad smell was coming in rooms and lobby area.

Room was good. View was also beautiful. Food was decent. My only suggestion would be they should include complimentary breakfast regardless of package.

No proper room service, food was served cold, they didnt provided bowls with the fooding and maid us wait for 20mins for a bowl which lead to rotten of naan, also they didnt provided salad with the food even after ordering and mentioning it for number of time it arrived after we finished our food. Our steam and sauna bath was complimentary but as per them it wasnt working so they can neither give us that nor compensate for it, they had a breakfast buffet which left uncovered due to which everything was cold and dry. Basically whole stay was terrible and would never recommend anyone for a stay
