I had a very bad experience at West Gate Pasta Hotel. The water was leaking in the room, and despite informing the staff that I would be continuing my stay the next day, they gave my room to another booking. Very disappointing and unprofessional service.

Water droppping near bed food was worst. Changed my room without my permission. And I told them I will continue my room but they it for another booking

Dinner: Dinner was much better in comparison — flavorful and satisfying. The menu had good options, and the food was well-prepared and served hot. Room Experience For most of the stay, the room was comfortable, though not exceptional. On the last day, we were upgraded to a premium room, which was a delightful surprise. The upgraded room was more spacious and offered enhanced amenities, making the final night especially enjoyable. Room Service & Staff While the staff were generally courteous, room service needs improvement. Response times were slow, and attention to detail was lacking at times. A bit more training and attentiveness could significantly enhance the guest experience.

the room was terrible, balcony was 1 and half feet in size. overall bad experience...........everything was bad room size 8 by 10 .

Worst service, poor hospitality, not recommended to anyone. Entry to exit not a single experience was good. We have booked with such a high price to get comfort and we were utterly disappointed with service and hospitality

All the staff were very good and helpful. The hotel is about a 15-minute walk from the Mall. We also got a stunning view of Kanchenjunga from our room, which was a big plus. The room, view, food, and hygiene were all well maintained. They also have a spa, and the property itself is beautiful. I would 100% recommend this place.

The location is very populated and dense and has too much noise. food quality is poor and not even eatable. yes staff behaviour is good

The best hotel we had to experience and explore for Darjeeling... the rooms were clean the view was top notch out of the world view for me and the main part is the hospitality of the staff they were so welcoming and well mannered and respectful towards their customers all were good from the new watchmen sir and to the receptionist maam the waiter brother all were to good in contacting to people i am going back again in oct for sure best hotel best people and best place to visit thnk you for the warm service i really appreciate you for that 🤍✨
