You are charging a good amount to stay and you are unable to provide a wifi in your hotel . . We are struggling for net in your hotel . And the best parts is net is working at reception but not in the room. I stayed 3 days in your hotel

Great location. Just on top of the mall. Highly impressed with the hospitality of the staffs. They really helped me with wheelchair and other necessities for my aged mother without even asking for it. Overall it was a great stay and would recommend everyone.

located at the heart of Darjeeling mall road, easy to locate, also cordial hotel staff took our luggage and guided us from Bhanu Bhawan. Rooms are spacious, clean with excellent view, all the shops adjacent to the hotel. staffs are nice, polite, helpful, smiling always. service is just wow. food is superb, tasty but more option should be given. thoroughly enjoyed my trip with gakhil team. wish them a great success. looking forward to meet them soon. we have taken deluxe mountain view room with breakfast and dinner complementary. highly recommended to all.

We had a good stay in the hotel. It's located on Mall Road, very close to the main square. It's about 10 minutes walk from the taxi drop off and pick point. The staff is very helpful and courteous. Breakfast was good but made better as the chef obliged by providing requested dishes and drinks to our taste. Our room was in the attic with an excellent view. A few shortcomings were : No lift from fourth floor to the Attic and no safe in the room.

managers and others employees are very adamant they wont listen to you after you checked in hotel.very far from bhanu bhavan. opposite horse cart.Hotel is clean.food not good at all.its better to have food outside.we booked for buffet breakfast and buffet breakfast you have very little choice.watermelon juice was stinking. in dinner they asked me to choose option indian or chinese and veg soup which os quite ridiculous i beleive.And food are not good at all after eating i fell sick.chicken not properly cooked.And also they argue a lot we gave them clothes for laundry and returned me with other person clothes and asked to pay alot.Then we identified that clothes were not mine.When we went to complain them they were like its our hotel our choice even the reception girl saying dont shout.I think somebody should teach them to be polite and humble while talking.Pathetic hotel with high charges.

Hi MMT team, I want to convey my best wishes to Gakhil boutique hotel team. It was a pleasant stay in that hotel. Location is near Darjeeling mall road chowmatha approx 100mt. Walkable distance from mall road. Only point is that, car / cab / taxi won't be able to entered infront of the hotel. As mall road don't have permission for car. Cab dropped us Bhanubhavan and hotel send their stuff to carry the laugage without asking for that. It's 5min walkable distance from that place. As I was opting for a room with my old Mom dad and kid. By seeing us they have provided 1 extra bed without asking. I want to mention that (other hotel normally don't provide bed they used to gave only matress but here hotel provided us a proper single bed along with matress) Which make our stay more comfortable. I am very impressed about the stuff behaviour. They r very polite. Even they arrange drop laugage facility as well. Hotel room is very neat n clean and well designed. We loved our stay. I will recommend this hotel all of my friends n families. Many thanks for the services. Thanks Trishna

The food quality was extremely poor. Several items were missing, and the ones that were available were barely edible. For example, the Dhokla served at breakfast was so hard, you’d need a hammer just to break it. Overall, a very disappointing experience.

Property is good and nice stuff one minute walk mall road and map meal not add only breakfast add only

Stay was wonderful except one thing that we were warned about not opening of windows due to monkeys. Sometimes monkeys get inside room even during night.

Its really nice to stay..the hospitality and the staffs are very kind and very helpful..its my best stay in darjeeling.. Its really a nice stay.. the hospitality and comfort was superb.. I am really happy..

The stay at the hotel was wonderful. We had selected a Premium Attic room for the stay and all the facilities were too good. The location was excellent, just on the mall. The food was so well cooked and there were a lot many food options available. Highly recommended for all who wish to have an exotic stay just near the Darjeeling Mall.

Room and amenities were good, welcomed with welcome drink. Cooperative staff and helpful. Food was good as breakfast was part of package. Should check on room dampness a bit as could get damp smell but, the room decor and lights was good. Provided with toiletries and hair dryer. Location wise it's in heart of Mall road and ease of location.

Excellent service by the staff. Food was really good and delicious. Location is best surrounded by all shops and best restaurants.

Location is very good, chowrasta is just 30 seconds away. Room quality is very good and room heater also available.

Overall pleasant stay. Few staff members were really nice and supportive. The property is located in Mall road and you have to walk 5-8 mins to get to it with your luggage in narrow lanes. Rooms were spacious and clean. Need to include more vegetarian options in menu for in room dining.
