Hotel Kalika-Mall Road

The location was nearby mall road, the food and the staff service was good. The room could have been a little bigger and the view of the mountains was missing But overall it was a good experience

Hotel is in proper place,10 min walking distance from mall, hotel staffs are very cooperative and their behaviour is good, rooms and bathroom is clean

The hotel was really awesome and the behaviour of all the staffs are very polite and friendly. They cook what we asked to make. Aditya was a very well boy and he cook food which is really delicious.

Room was below average! Not so good. Although staffs are responsive. From my side I'll rate 3 out of 10. Overall experience is not so good

Hotel manager is very friendly, staffs are all very good and helpful but only issue is cleanliness, more effort should be given to clean the rooms on a regular basis. Otherwise everything ok.

It was a very good experience to live here in the hotel all the facilities promised were available and the behaviour of everyone especially amit uncle was very good.

Very well decorated.Locationwise pretty good because near to darjeeling mall .20 mins from Darjeeling zoo through walking, by car 10 mins from zoo. Hospitality was good. Breakfast,dinner- they have different menus.Foods are very tasty and hygienic.Overall good experience.

This is a very good budget friendly hotel. Pros: 1. Very near to Mall road (5-10 mins walking distance) 2. Just beside to Bhanu Bhanubhavan and Mahakal market 3. Room service was EXCELLENT 👌 and prompt. 4. It has its own kitchen which is very helpful because rain can start any time in Darjeeling and it's difficult to go outside then, specially night time. Foods are good and reasonable Corns: 1. It is a no view hotel, sounded by other buildings. 2. Mineral water bottles were not available at hotel but hotel manager arranged it for us.

This hotel in between 500 to 550 meter from Darjeeling mall. Rooms and bathrooms are very clean. Food quality is average.

The manager was very polite and very helpful, but the rooms were a little bit dark. The location is only 3 minutes walk to MG Marg.

The place is really good if you want to stay with family. Rooms are really luxurious and the food is very good with a decent price. Mr. chattarjee was very good with his service and always ready for any requirements.

It was a great experience staying there. "santosh" who was serving at his best to be everything easy. As well as the rooms were extremely nice. Though there was no view but it was nullified by the service and rooms as well as food. It is a recommendation for those who come in Darjeeling.

The trip was good but it was made so special because of the services provided by chandan sir during our stay with such a smiling face . Totally recommended to stay here because the location is great and close to each and every famous places. The servicing is great and they go beyond their working hours to help their customers.

We had a very pleasant stay here at Hotel kalika during 26th - september' 2024. This Hotel is located in close proximity of Mall road, Kanchenjungha view point, Zoo, Glenery's.. etc. The rooms are cleaned and hygienic, having all modern amenities. Services was good, staffs were polite and courteous too. Specially Mr. chandan was very cooperative, having good knowledge and guided us to make the tour itinerary. Food was delicious, Breakfast Buffet spread could be more elaborate, rest everything was fine.

The location of the hotel was amazing, although didn't get the kanchenjunga view but the view of the rest of the Darjeeling city from our room was great. The rooms were near perfect which was clean, tidy and spacious. The manager was friendly and very polite. The price of the rooms was negotiable also. Must recommended for everyone to atleast visit and stay in this hotel.
