The staffs were very hospitable they made us feel at home, as well as the room was very cozy, comfortable, and clean we loved the overall service and the food variety in the breakfast was amazing and super delicious especially Mr . I reached hotel on 25.10.25.Receptionist told that your room is very short spaced, I requested to change the room or if possible next day. He was requested next day also, but in vain. Next day lady receptionist came and I requested the same. But she misbehaved, she was very arrogant.

Wonderful stay..... the hotel exceeded my expectations in comfort and service. The staff were incredibly polite and always ready to help. The rooms were spotless and beautifully decorated, and the breakfast was really tasty.

Average stay and needs to improve a lot on customer experience

We stayed there approximately over 3 days and on breakfast we got only alu paratha and yogurt and by paying mountain view prices over 3k i don't think it is worth the foods . apart from that all was ok ok type .

We booked this hotel for 2 nights and had a wonderful experience here everything is just good about this hotel location is perfect min a walk to mall road , markets taxi stand all in a walking distance even the famous kunga restraun is 5 min from the hotel,nice and clean hotel and moreover hotel staff are very cooperative and sweet even they upgraded us to better room as it was available that day a must stay hotel will surely stay here again in our next trip
