Great stay at Muscatel Stardust which is situated right on chowrasta, well-connected, very nice staff and great mountain view, which we unfortunately missed because of the fog. But lovely stay, would love to visit again.

We booked this hotel for 2 nights and had a wonderful experience here everything is just good about this hotel location is perfect min a walk to mall road , markets taxi stand all in a walking distance even the famous kunga restraun is 5 min from the hotel,nice and clean hotel and moreover hotel staff are very cooperative and sweet even they upgraded us to better room as it was available that day a must stay hotel will surely stay here again in our next trip

The property is located right at the Mall and hence location wise it is one of the best properties in Darjeeling. We took the Mountain View room and it was really a great experience. The rooms were clean and hygienic and you get 24 hrs hot water . The staff there are very polite and helpful. You can get food from outside also.

Hotel with no food....

1) This property is not reachable by car. One have to walk at least 400 meters to reach there. We didn't get this information during booking otherwise I would have chosen different hotel. 2) They don't prepare food in this property, They told they order it from somewhere and it would take at least 40-50 mins to get an order. They gave option of zomato to us. 3) First meal we asked them to order from their source it wasn't good at all. We asked for dal khichadi for my 3yr daughter she was sick, That khichadi was definitely stale, we were getting weird smell with every bite. So we had to keep that meal aside and order from another restaurant through zomato. All other meals after that we ordered from other hotels and restaurants. 4) Breakfast- This was included in plan and they cook it but very limited options. Day 1- Poha ( very dry) , Omlete (Good), Paratha( Ok) , sabji ( Good) Day 2- Puri Bhaji and Omlete - Was good But we should have given multiple options for that price...
