room not as per shown in pics delux rooms actually very small room . room service also not good ... not provided toiletry kits only given small hand wash soap ..

The location of the hotel is excellent in terms of its proximity to the mall and the market area. Rooms are good and the view is excellent. We stayed in the attic room in 5th floor and going up and down is a big task since the hotel doesnt have a lift. Buffet breakfast is average in terms of options and quantity. Service staffs are really good and co-operative

The location is okay but the food quality is really terrible , services are not as per expectations

Shangri-la was the best hotel in terms of location, cleanliness and view, there attic room give the best view of kanchanjunga mountains. Staff was well mannered and very cooperative.

very discomfort stay. And we canceled after one day stay there & requested to make my trip customer care to cancel another two days stay & return my two days money to my original payment mode.

First of all lift was not available,second room quality was vary bad,third was bathroom was not up to the mark just 20/25 sq ft…room service also very poor.Overall totally not satisfied at all. Thank you

Shangri la is at great location in Darjeeling. Your cab will drop you at its doorstep. All was ok. But washroom water was not flowing properly to the drain causing water to be collected in the washroom for long causing discomfort in using washroom especially when you are with your wife & child. Even after intimation this issue was not sorted out. House keeping didn't come on second day, had to call them for towel change.

Room is not up to mark

The property doesn't have lift facility and also doesn't have lunch and dinner facility. Considering this the price seems to be little bit higher. But behaviour of hotel staff was really nice. Breakfast was good. Neat and clean. Location wise also good.

Property is at best location, near mall road. Rooms are adequate size for our family of 4 ( 2 adults and 2 kids. Only problem is no in house restaurant, that's a big big minus while travelling. In darjeeling at nights in that temperature we can't travel for dinner.

Property location is good as it very near to mall road. However, cleanliness near front of hotel need improvement. Hotel is bit of old type need improvement from new facilities like kitchen facility. Food is not available in the hotel. Room heater charges are extra. Which needs to include in hotel facility. Lift is not available. Good thing is hotel having bonefire. Overall average hotel

Clean & hygenic, staff behaviour was excellent. New breakfast menu should be added more.

The room was not worthy according to its price. I had to pay extra for a room heater though it's a basic amenity which the hotelier should provide as the tariff was quite high. But the staff was good and the complimentary breakfast was also average.

The room was spacious, clean, receptionist and other helpers were generous. Food was good.

Besides having a good location, this hotel has nothing to be reviewed. Highly priced rooms have no views of mountains, very compact room with small bathroom , rooms looking quite old fashioned. No provision of lift.
